Hội HĐVN.US is the national body. It does not run the weekly họp đội or the campouts, so if you are a parent looking for a program for your child, the Liên Đoàn nearest you is the faster and better first step.

Everything else, including meeting times, uniforms, dues and signing a child up, belongs to the Liên Đoàn. They answer faster, and they are the ones you will actually see on a Saturday.

How signing up actually works.
There is no member portal here and no online payment. HĐVN.US keeps its registration pages on the national Notion workspace, and a child is enrolled by their Liên Đoàn, not by this site.
